Dear Sir Madam

Parc Hotels Italia has illegally used our software. We take copyright violations seriously and have therefore decided to put this page online.

The software was bought under the name of "Bellatrix srl damico rosario" and after the software was delivered and featured prominently on their website, they requested a chargeback. Even when we challenged the chargeback, and wrote several emails to them informing them that their behaviour was illegal and violated our copyrights, they refused to withdraw their chargeback.

After the chargeback was issued by the payment service we use (Paypal), we have sent them several other emails requesting payment of the software they received and were using, even after we provided them with the chargeback notifcation of Paypal they were not willing to cooperate and simply purchase the software again.

Therefore, as a last resort, we have decided to put this page online, in the hope that with a little bit of pressure through the internet they finally will decide to do the right thing and buy the software.

Until today we have never received any money from this company and we urge people to consider whether Parc Hotels Italia is really a hotel where you would like to stay as they apparently cannot be trusted to do the right thing.

We simply have no respect for people and companies such as Parc Hotels Italia, who in effect are stealing software.

We again ask Parc Hotels Italia to do the right thing and simply pay for the software ASAP. It's a simple matter that would be easily resolved if they were actually willing to do so.

For whoever is interested, below is a copy of the chargeback claim.

We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback and
asked their card issuer to reverse a payment made to you.

Although a chargeback may appear to be similar to a PayPal claim, it is
actually a process initiated outside PayPal and controlled by the card

fight unwarranted chargebacks and attempt to recover your funds.

The chargeback states that the buyer's card was used to make a purchase
without the buyer's knowledge.

It is up to the card issuer to decide whether or not they believe that the
buyer's chargeback is valid and they are asking for some information about
this transaction from you.
