Importing SWF movies into Webstudio 4.0

I had a hard time figuring out how WebStudio 3.0 works, as I'm not used to HTML editors that automatically put files into predefined directories. For each page the application creates a unique directory.

Luckily, the author of web studio has made some big improvements in Web Studio 4.0. Please find below the instructions to insert Flash compatible animations into Webstudio 4.0.

1) Go to the Insert menu and choose Insert Flash Animation;

2) Navigate to the SWF file with the Open dialog, select it and click Open.

3) You're done.

Also, once you have an animation on the page you can double click on it to run it. You can then click on the page to stop it. This enables you to align the dynamic elements in the animation with static elements on your page.
